Hi! Welcome to English 1103. As part of the English class, we will be working on blogs. The blogs will provide you with an opportunity to practice your English outside the classroom. Throughout the semester you will be required to comment on my blog entries.
Points will be given for your effort. No points will be deducted for errors. However, points will be deducted for incomplete work, late entries or work not done by you. Remember, this is just another way to practice English so do the entry by yourself.
At the end of each blog, a due date will be posted. Each blog is worth 10 points. If the entry is late (up to 3 days), you will only get 5 points. Entries posted later than 3 days will NOT be counted.

- Born and raised in the States, I came to live to Puerto Rico at the age of 17. At first I didn't really like it, but living here has taught me a lot about my roots. I now love the island and don't see myself going back to the US except for vacation. I currently teach English as a second language to college students.
